GCSE PE Students' Residential
Year 10 and 11 GCSE PE students demonstrated courage to shine with new skills developed on their residential.
The twenty-four students spent two days at the centre in Cowling, where they experienced two new sports: rock climbing and cycling.
As part of their Non-Examination Assessment component for their GCSE, they were assessed on their ability to progress in the skills required in both disciplines.
Students performed well, resulting in good marks which would make up 10% of their final GCSE grade.
