Football Champions

Years 10 and 11 Girls' Football Team become Area Champions.

Year 10 and 11 girls took part in a 7-a-side  football competition last week and won, being crowned area champions.

The girls beat local school teams from Bedale, Wensleydale, Richmond and drew with Easingwold.

They scored 10 goals across the matches, and impressively conceded no goals at all.

Girls of all ages are welcome to join the school's football teams, with girls' practice every Thursday lunchtime, and mixed skills training after-school every Wednesday.
